Scope
This document pertains solely to digitally-based workflows. For paper-based issues such as processing mail or accessing physical documents etc, please contact your direct Supervisor.
KMR
To access KMR from any computer, on any browser:
Enter your KMR username (usually your email address minus the final @local802afm.org portion)
Enter the password you normally use for KMR
Note - If you are unsure of your KMR username or password, contact Helpdesk.
Email & Calendar
Your Local 802 email can be accessed by any computer or smart device, from any location. Use whichever method(s) you prefer.

From any web browser, on any computer, visit:

Voicemail
Choose whichever of the below methods best suits your needs:
via Email
All voicemails will continue to be delivered to your email address.
via Phone
From any phone:
call the office 212-245-4802
enter your extension (you don’t have to wait for the auto-attendant message to complete)
wait up to 30 seconds while your office phone rings
while your voicemail greeting plays, press the STAR “*” key on your phone
enter your voicemail password (to reset your voicemail password, contact Helpdesk)
navigate your voicemail per-usual
Phones / Call Forwarding
This procedure is currently being determined.
Files / Office Computer
All Local 802 office computers are capable of being accessed remotely. To setup access, contact Helpdesk via the information below. Once established, follow the instructions for Pritunl or Splashtop, depending on the access you were provided.

Faxes
Incoming
Incoming fax procedure is unchanged.
Outgoing
Send a PDF of your document, and the number you’d like it faxed to, to rmosher@local802afm.org
Helpdesk
Helpdesk remains fully available to staff. We will be monitoring emails and taking calls between 9:30a-5:30p every Monday through Friday.

If you are onsite, call 611
If you are offsite, call 212-245-4802 and press 9.
